Adverbs of Frequency Form
Adverbs of frequency usually do not change for person or tense. The important thing is to choose the right word by meaning: from always to never.

| 100% | always | every time | I always brush my teeth before bed. |
| 80–90% | usually / normally | most times | We usually eat out on Sundays. |

| 30–50% | sometimes / occasionally | some times | They sometimes play chess after school. |
